Jennifer began her career in the staffing industry before transitioning into the green industry, where she has spent over eight years developing HR infrastructure and supporting multi-branch expansion in fast-paced environments.

She is also a proud veteran of the United States Army Chemical Corps, where she developed the leadership discipline and resilience that continue to shape her approach today.
