Dan Petronella serves as Chief Financial Officer at Yardmaster, bringing extensive experience in finance, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. He most recently served as CFO of Zipline Logistics, where he led the company’s successful sale to a financial sponsor and executed its first acquisition.

Dan’s background includes leadership roles at globally recognized brands such as The Walt Disney Company, American Eagle Outfitters, L Brands, and Abercrombie & Fitch, where he developed deep expertise in financial operations and growth strategy.

He holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Texas at Austin.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys cooking, exploring new restaurants, and staying active. He lives in Columbus with his wife and son. A unique highlight—he spent eight years competing on the professional duckpin bowling tour.
