Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Spring Clean ups
• General maintenance of client properties by mowing, edging, weeding,  trimming, and other tasks needed to beautify landscaping. 
• Installing mulch, plants or other property enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior landscaping experience, but it is not required
• A valid driver’s License and clean driving record improves employability
• Must be able to lift more than 50 lbs.
• Able to work outdoors for a full shift

To be considered for a Crew leader position, candidate must have:

• 2 to 3 years of experience leading a crew
• A valid Driver’s License & clean record is required 
• Ability to identify plants & attention to detail is a plus

Yardmaster Inc is looking for an experienced Lead Mechanic to run our Erie shop which oversees the assembly, maintenance and repair of Yardmaster machinery and vehicles.

Lead Mechanic is responsible for:

• Deciding on the most cost-effective preventive maintenance & repairs. 
• Making decisions that balance providing shop and company personnel with safe and dependable vehicles and equipment but with the least disruption to daily production schedules.
• Oversees and communicates repair & maintenance scheduling to managers as well as ensure all recordkeeping guidelines are met.
• Assigns work to outside vendors when needed.
• Manages the shop space and provides the safest & most organized environment possible, ensuring an efficient shop layout.
• Assigns shop tools and other equipment for inventory and recordkeeping. 
• Plus much more.

The ideal candidate for this job will have:

• Experience in auto mechanics, small engines, trailer repairs, welding and if possible Heavy machinery.
• Manual dexterity 
• Able to work with various machines and tools 
• Follow all safety precautions.
• Driver’s license and good driving record are required.
• Ability to repair vehicles & equipment when possible versus simply swapping out of parts.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Running a daily route where you will be resolving customer pest concerns and issues
• Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order
• Keeping accurate records of treatments provided
• Mixing, applying, and working with herbicides and fertilizers per State and Federal laws

The ideal candidate for this job will have: 

• Attention to detail
• Pest identification knowledge
• Must have pesticide license
• Driver’s license and good driving record are required.
